How do I return an item?

It is the mission of My PH Plus to provide you with the highest quality of skincare products and services. In the event you purchase any of the skincare products and find them to be defective, My PH Plus will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Products can be returned with a full refund within 7 days with their receipt, and you will be refunded the amount of purchase. My PH Plus understands the occasional need to cancel an appointment. Please notify My PH Plus of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. A 50% service fee may be charged to your credit card for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Full cost of your service may be charged for appointments missed without notice. Services paid in advance will be kept on file and balances may be used at any scheduled time. Pre-paid services that are unused and have a balance, and do not fall within the cancellation period may be refunded the balance.
